BBR Cuts the Ribbon and Salutes to 25 Years
This morning, BBR Creative hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate 25 years of service, as one of Louisiana’s leading creative advertising and marketing agencies. Since 1997, BBR has not only worked to elevate and expand on over 650 brand clients, but also to enrich the lives of those in their communities. The event kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by OneAcadiana, at the Morgan-Anders House located in the heart of downtown Lafayette.
While speaking to guests, Cherie Hebert shared the mission of BBR, “I wanted to have a place where people could come together to collaborate – and collaborate on behalf of the client. BBR was founded on those principles. As a creative marketing agency, our goal is to always help our clients succeed and grow their businesses and build their brands.” Regarding the philanthropic goals of BBR and why it was important to celebrate a quarter century of service through the 25 Do Good Campaign Hebert said, “It’s important to me to not only have a business that makes a profit, but also provides growth and goodwill to our employees and our community.”
Over the past 25 years, BBR has taken the agency from a four member team to two offices and nearly 25 employees, creating marketing materials for national-based agencies, disaster recovery companies, and being the agency of record for Louisiana Economic Development for five years. Hebert attributes BBR’s success to the commitment to provide the best services to their clients, “It is a testament to our work winning American Advertising Awards every year for the past 25 years. In my personal assessment — we did good.”
Through the end of the year, BBR Creative will continue to honor their 25 years of commitment to community and positive growth, with events such as installing a Fightingville Fresh community fridge, public art displays, sponsoring Junior Achievement initiatives, supporting LSU and UL Lafayette students through sponsorship opportunities and constructing a Little Free Library in the La Place neighborhood. Over the past month, BBR has partnered with major grocery chains and others with a hygiene drive to benefit the Stella Maris Center in Lafayette and St. Vincent de Paul in Baton Rouge. To help BBR celebrate their birthday bash and conclude the 8th Annual Hygiene for Humanities donation drive, dignitaries and party attendees brought hygiene products.
